Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules including ITOM/ GRC/ ITAM, or HRSD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work on at least one core module: ITOM/ GRC/ ITAM, or HRSD.
- Perform end-to-end implementation, integration, and configuration activities.
- Develop and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, and script includes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Ensure best practices, platform security, performance, and maintainability.
- Support deployments, upgrades, and enhancements across environments.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Strong expertise in any one or more modules:
- ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
- GRC (Risk, Compliance, Audit Management)
- ITAM (HAM, SAM)
- HRSD (Employee Service Center, HR Case Management)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with implementation, integration, and configuration projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
