Position: Full Stack .NET Developer (Technical Applications Specialist)

Location: Addison, TX

We are seeking a talented and collaborative Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team. In this role, you will develop, manage, and support manufacturing systems while working on innovative projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Support: Build, manage, maintain, and support manufacturing systems (custom and cloud-based).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with third-party vendors, IT teams, and other resources to deliver projects and maintain systems.
  • Technical Operations:
  • Monitor and maintain stable business-critical applications.
  • Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers while troubleshooting database performance issues.
  • Manage Microsoft SQL Server operations (jobs, SSIS/DTS packages, deployment using Visual Studio 2019).
  • Process Adherence: Follow Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and communicate action plans to business teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive ticketing system with up-to-date resolutions and documentation.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain technical documents, create user accounts, and provide support to end-users.
  • System Maintenance: Prepare and execute system maintenance plans and software/hardware upgrades.
  • End-User Support: Assist with client installation, configuration, and troubleshooting while ensuring on-time delivery of project tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Development Expertise:
  • Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, .NET Core.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, Node.js).
  • Azure Cloud (DevOps, Pipelines).
  • Technical Experience:
  • 7+ years of IT systems experience, including databases, networks, and hardware/software.
  • 3+ years of .NET Framework/.NET Core experience.
  • 2+ years developing database solutions (Microsoft SQL, Oracle).
  • Experience with CI/CD implementation is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
  • Tools & Platforms:
  • T-SQL and Microsoft SSMS.
  • Microsoft Visual Studio 2019.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall processes.
