1.Able to write Test scenarios & test case

2.Able to do the Test case execution

3.Analysis of requirement document and design test cases according to requirement document

4.Understanding in motor insurance, exp should be 1-5 year minimum

6.creation of daily status report

7. Good communication & confidence

8. able to be logged defect & take follow up with stakeholders

9. Good knowledge of STLC process & defect life cycle

10. able to guide junior team & members

11. able to connect with client & dev team for defect triage & requirement understanding
