Ideally, you'll bring post-qualification experience or equivalent expertise in family law, with a strong track record in: Divorce and financial remedy applicationsChildren Act mattersInjunctive reliefAdvocacy and direct client representationExperience in Nuptial Agreements and cohabitation matters would be an advantage.
