We are seeking a Private Funds lawyer (3–6 PQE) to join the London office of a leading US law firm with a highly regarded investment funds practice. Role Overview: You will work with a team advising on the full spectrum of private investment fund matters, including fund formation, capital raising, secondary transactions, and co-investment structures. The practice is recognised for its depth of expertise across multiple fund strategies and is relied upon by prominent sponsors and institutional investors.

Candidate Profile: ~3–6 PQE gained within a recognised private funds or asset management practice ~ Strong experience advising on fund formation, structuring, and investor-side matters ~ Exposure to secondary transactions, co-investments, or similar structures is advantageous ~ Confident working directly with clients in a fast-paced, international environment This is an exceptional opportunity to join a premier US firm in London, working on high-profile, cross-border mandates alongside a collaborative and commercially focused team.
