Our client is seeking a Solution Consultant to join their team

As a Solution Consultant, you'll provide exceptional user support and guidance to ensure customers can effectively utilize our eye-share software, focusing on enhancing their overall experience. With a solid understanding of both IT and accounting, you'll help finance professionals integrate our solutions into their workflows.
About Our Client
Our client is committed to helping customers get the most out of our software solutions, with a team of skilled developers, economists, and consultants.
Other Information:
- Working Day: 5 days
- Working Hour: 9am-6pm
- Working Location: Raffles Place MRT
- Salary Range: S$4,000-S$5,500
- 15 days Annual Leave
What you'll be doing?
- Deliver exceptional support: Provide outstanding user support and guidance to ensure customers effectively utilize our eye-share software.
- Enhance customer experience: Help customers integrate our solutions into their workflows, focusing on improving their overall experience.
- Understand client needs: Work closely with finance professionals to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team: Engage with a dynamic team of skilled professionals to solve client challenges and deliver the best solutions.
Who are they looking for?
- Working Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a solution consultant with hands-on experience in Accounting, Purchasing or CRM software.
Customer service enthusiast: A strong interest in customer service and problem-solving, with excellent communication skills.
Eager to learn: Having a strong passion and keen to join into a IT Solution company which provide full spec of on job training.
