Sr. Analyst, Sap Security

Vistance is recruiting an Sr Analyst, SAP Security, to join our team in Hyderabad!

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Security professional with 8–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP application security and access management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, Basis, and compliance teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable SAP security solutions across on-premises and cloud-based SAP environments.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Design, build, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations using PFCG across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes
• Configure and support SAP Fiori security, including Fiori Launchpad roles, OData services, catalogs, groups, spaces, and pages
• Maintain and enhance SU24 authorization object proposals for standard and custom transactions and services
• Perform user access provisioning and administration using SU01, CUA, and IDM
•  Support SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, UAR), including SoD analysis and remediation
• Administer and support Firefighter / Emergency Access Management, including ID creation, reason codes, and log reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve authorization failures and access issues using SU53, ST01, and SUIM
• Implement and support BW/BI security, including Analysis Authorizations, InfoProvider, InfoObject, and query-level access
• Support SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Ariba security administration
• Assist with SAP license reporting and compliance activities using LAW and third-party tools
• Participate in integration testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support activities
• Follow SAP security best practices, internal controls, and compliance standards (SOX, Audit)

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC
• Strong experience with SAP Security transactions (SU01, PFCG, SU24, SU53, ST01, SUIM)
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, UAR)
• Solid understanding of role-based access control, SoD concepts, and privileged access management
• Experience supporting ECC and S/4HANA security environments
• Working knowledge of SAP Fiori security concepts
• Experience with CUA and IDM for user management
• Exposure to BW/BI security and Analysis Authorizations
• Ability to work independently in a global support and project environment
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Experience supporting S/4HANA or Fiori implementations
• Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Ariba security
• Experience working with SOX, audit, or compliance teams
• Knowledge of SAP license audits and optimization
• SAP Security or GRC-related certifications
•  Experience working in Agile or project-based delivery models
