Sr. Executive/Manager-Legal

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Legal professional to support contracts, compliance, litigation, and governance functions within the pharmaceutical / life sciences sector.

ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day legal advice on contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, Service, Supply, License, Quality & Vendor Agreements).Support litigation and dispute management; liaise with external counsel.Ensure regulatory compliance and assist in audits across R&D, corporate, and manufacturing units.Identify legal risks and maintain compliance records.Coordinate IP filings and portfolio management with R&D and external counsel.Support statutory filings, board, and corporate governance documentation. QualificationsLLB with 5-7 years post-qualification experience.Experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences industry preferred; law firm experience is a plus. Required SkillsStrong knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in pharmaceutical / life sciences industry preferred; law firm experience is a plus
