We are in a high-growth phase focused on scaling operations, strengthening financial governance, and building data-driven decision systems.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Finance professional who will act as a business partner to leadership, driving financial governance, commercial control, and performance insights across group entities. This role goes beyond accounting it combines financial controllership, business finance, compliance leadership, and strategic support to enable scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Controllership

• Lead end-to-end financial accounting across group companies

• Ensure strong accounting hygiene and timely month-end & year-end closures

• Strengthen internal financial controls and audit readiness

• Oversee vendor accounting, reconciliations, and payment governance

• Manage treasury operations and optimize working capital utilization

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure GST, Income Tax, and ROC compliances across entities

• Lead statutory and tax audits end-to-end

• Maintain compliance calendars and risk monitoring frameworks

Business Finance & Commercial Control

• Implement cost validation and margin monitoring mechanisms

• Identify revenue leakages and drive profitability improvements

• Optimize payable cycles and cash flow efficiency

• Review inventory controls to improve capital efficiency

• Support strategic commercial initiatives and business expansion projects

Management Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare monthly management dashboards and performance review decks

• Analyze key business drivers, profitability, and financial KPIs

• Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Chartered Accountant with 4–6 years of experience

• Prior exposure to Retail, Distribution, or Ecommerce businesses preferred

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset

• Proven experience managing teams (6–8 members)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• High ownership and problem-solving orientation
