About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead critical financial planning and analysis functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring financial discipline, strategic insights, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving budgeting, variance analysis, costing, profitability assessment, and MIS reporting to support informed decision-making and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing for business decisions.
  • Budgeting & Variance Analysis:
  • Prepare annual and quarterly budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyze variances with actionable recommendations.


  • Costing & Profitability:
  • Implement cost control measures across departments.
  • Analyze product/service costing and profitability to optimize margins.


  • MIS Reporting:
  • Design and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful MIS reports for leadership.
  • Automate reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.


  • Strategic Insights & Decision Support:
  • Provide financial insights to support pricing strategies, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
  • Partner with business units to drive profitability and cost optimization.


  • Compliance & Controls:
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS), internal controls, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: CA
  • Experience: Minimum 10–12 years in Finance & Accounts with strong exposure to FP&A, budgeting, costing, and MIS.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.


Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to manufacturing, mining, or large-scale industrial sectors.
  • Experience in handling multi-location operations and complex cost structures.
