Staffing Consultant

Express Employment Professionals – Lakewood, OH
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Range: $16–$18 per hour

Express Employment Professionals of Lakewood OH is hiring a Staffing Consultant to join our office team immediately. This role blends people’s advocacy with business development, offering the opportunity to help individuals find meaningful work while helping local businesses solve real staffing challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with candidates face-to-face to understand their experience, strengths, and goals
• Act as an advocate and coach, supporting employees throughout their assignments
• Prepare candidates for interviews by sharing insights, expectations, and client information
• Maintain accurate and organized records in our proprietary database
• Coordinate interviews and hiring steps between candidates and clients
• Visit client companies to learn about their culture, needs, and work environments
• Promote candidate strengths and help businesses see the value in the people you represent
• Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and trust
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business development
