Hiring: US Non-IT Recruiter

• Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
• Salary - Upto 4.5 - 5 LPA
• Shift - 6 PM IST - 3 AM IST | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)
• Open Positions: 2

We are hiring experienced US Non-IT Staffing professionals to support recruitment and research operations for the US market.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

US Non-IT Recruiter -

• Manage end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment (sourcing to submission/closure).
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate with US clients/hiring managers for interviews and feedback.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in US Non-IT Staffing (mandatory) - 6 Months - 2 Years
• Prior experience as a US Non-IT Recruiter
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices and staffing lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a night-shift environment.
