Role - We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to support the development and execution of brand collaborations across travel, culture, and lifestyle. This newly created role scales the volume, quality, and operational rigor of Fora’s partnerships pipeline.
As partnerships grow in scope, this role translates strategy into execution, operationalizing collaborations from concept through delivery and ensuring coordination between internal teams and external partners. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the partnerships function, managing timelines and maintaining organization across multiple initiatives to drive brand visibility and advisor engagement. This role offers the opportunity to shape how partnerships are executed and scaled at Fora and contribute to collaborations that connect travel with culture, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution of brand partnerships and collaborations once strategy and concept are defined, ensuring projects move efficiently from handoff through final delivery.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and partner communication across multiple partnerships with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR & Communications, Advisor Experience, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and timely delivery of partnership commitments.
- Build partnership proposals, presentations, and pitch materials that clearly communicate collaboration concepts and opportunities.
- Support outreach and coordination with prospective brand partners and assist in preparing materials for partnership discussions.
- Maintain internal systems for tracking partnership timelines, deliverables, and commitments to ensure visibility across projects.
- Coordinate logistics and operational needs of partnership activations, events, and cultural brand moments.
- Manage seeding, gifting, and partner engagement initiatives tied to collaborations and brand programs.
- Track partnership performance and contribute to reporting that measures brand reach, advisor engagement, bookings, and overall business impact.
- Prepare partnership recaps, performance reports, and post-campaign evaluations to inform future collaborations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, integrated marketing, brand marketing, or business development.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end execution of brand collaborations, partnerships, events, or activations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while coordinating across internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Experience building partnership proposals, pitch materials, decks, or presentations.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, legal, finance, communications, or product.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain professional partner relationships.
- High level of organization and attention to detail with structured workflows, documentation, and trackers.
- Experience working with consumer brands, lifestyle brands, media companies, hospitality companies, or similarly brand-driven environments.
- Ability to work in the United States and be based in New York City or willing to relocate.
Strongly Preferred
- 5-7 years of experience supporting brand partnerships, integrated marketing programs, or collaboration-driven initiatives.
- Experience working within travel, hospitality, lifestyle, media, or consumer brands.
- Exposure to event production or partnership activations tied to cultural moments or brand experiences.
- Familiarity with partnership reporting frameworks and campaign performance measurement.
- Curiosity about travel, culture, and emerging brand trends that shape consumer experiences.
Compensation
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $90–$130K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as multiple levels are being considered for this role.

Work Authorization
Authorization to work in the United States is required for full-time roles based in our New York City office. Fora does not sponsor U.S. work authorization for this role. Roles outside the United States are not subject to this requirement.
