About the role

We are looking for Associates to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on international, high-impact strategy and management consulting projects, mainly within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.

Our clients range from telecommunications operators, technology companies, regulatory authorities, public institutions, and many more.

Main Responsibilities

As an Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the delivery of consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors

Conducting research and analysis to help identify key issues and opportunities

Assisting in the preparation of written documents and presentations to communicate insights

Collaborating with multicultural teams to support project execution

Contributing to business development efforts through background research and proposal support

Profile Requirements

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:

A valid work permit to work in Spain is required.

Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic excellence. Postgraduate education is a plus.

Recent graduate or up to 1-year maximum experience in strategy or management consulting.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication, both written and verbal.

Excellent teamwork and adaptability.

Willingness to travel internationally.

Fluent in English (C1 minimum required).

Spanish, Arabic (Gulf Arabic), or other languages are an advantage.

Artificial Intelligence – Valued Competencies

Provided the minimum requirements specified above are met, candidates with demonstrable AI knowledge or credentials will be given strong preference in our selection process. The following will be considered as positive differentiators:

Certifications or courses in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, or AI applied to business from recognised institutions or platforms.

Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context (e.g. prompt engineering, AI-assisted analysis, or AI-driven workflow automation).
