Job Title: System Administrator (US Shift)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Shift: Complete US Shift

Location: Coimbatore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in system administration and be comfortable working in complete US shifts. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, systems, and network infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Provide technical support to internal teams and end users
• Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks
• Maintain documentation of configurations and processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Good understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
• Experience with system monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work complete US shifts

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Shell scripting)
