Required Skills & Experience

• 4–10 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst

· Lead requirement workshops; document BRD/FRD/user stories and acceptance criteria

· Create process maps and collaborate with Technical Lead/Architect on solution design

· Support UAT planning/execution; manage defects triage with Dev/QA teams

• · Drive stakeholder communication, training support, and release readiness
• Strong hands‑on functional expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud
• CPQ (mandatory)
• Contracts / CLM
• Billing & Revenue (preferred)
• Strong understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash / Lead‑to‑Cash business processes
• Experience translating business requirements into Salesforce functional solutions
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
