Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Documentation Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly e-learnings and documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conversion of over 600 e-learning courses to Articulate 360 Storyline or Rise courses.Develop, write, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, and release notes.Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences.Ensure all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and adheres to company standards and guidelines.Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback and product changes.Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Conduct regular reviews and edits of documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and completenessQualifications

Requirements
Relevant bachelor’s degree (English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, Science, or related fields)Proven experience as a Technical Documentation Writer or similar role.1+ years experience in use of Articulate 360 Storyline and other associated products.Impeccable writing skills with a clear, concise and engaging writing styleExperience managing projects and/or initiatives from conceptualization to full deployment and execution.Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and picturesOrganize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlinesMust be self-motivated, dependable, trainable and a team playerRelentless attention to detail coupled with the ability to maintain focus on the big pictureExperience in a Environmental Laboratory environment desirable but not essentialOnline documentation (i.e. searchable content) experience preferred.Experience:
5+ years document writing experience or creation and delivery of in person or virtual trainings.Experience with Articulate 360 is a mustExperience with Docebo, Dr Explain and Easygenerator is a plus.
