Job Summary:

Brace Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. MBA freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who possess excellent communication skills and a strong interest in IT hiring are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and MIS reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA (HR) completed or pursuing (freshers welcome).
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred, freshers acceptable).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and job portals.
