We are looking for enthusiastic IT Recruiter Freshers who are eager to start their career in recruitment. Candidates will be trained on end-to-end IT hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand IT job requirements and technologies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Learn recruitment best practices and client handling

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn IT recruitment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
