Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR/People Operations team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing top talent to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions. You will play a key role in ensuring that the organization attracts, engages, and hires the best candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing:
• Identify, attract, and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screening & Interview Coordination:
• Review resumes, conduct preliminary screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Candidate Management:
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide timely feedback and follow-ups.
