As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll work closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple roles. This opportunity offers strong learning, ownership, and leadership exposure depending on your experience level. Interest in Night Shift US recruitment and talent sourcing
✨ What You’ll Do
For All Levels
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers & onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a great candidate experience
- Maintain accurate data in ATS and recruitment trackers
Mid-Level Recruiter
- Handle multiple requisitions independently
- Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate evaluations
- Build strong talent pipelines
Lead Recruiter
- Own hiring strategy for critical and high-volume roles
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning
- Track recruitment KPIs and drive process improvements
- Handle senior, niche, and leadership hiring
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Freshers
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Interest in recruitment and talent sourcing
- Thoroughly understand Tech role requirements
Mid-Level
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience
- Hands-on ATS and sourcing tool experience
- Strong stakeholder and time management skills
Lead Level
- 6–8+ years of recruitment experience
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
- Strategic, data-driven approach to hiring
