Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with hands-on experience in C2H hiring. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing IT talent, coordinating with clients, and closing positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end C2H recruitment for IT roles
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
• Work closely with sales and account managers
• Maintain and build a strong IT talent pipeline
• Use job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔️ 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment with C2H exposure

✔️ Strong understanding of contract & contract-to-hire models

✔️ Good communication and negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
