Technical Content Writer (1+ Years Experience)  Team:  Product Role Overview: We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to manage product documentation and communicate product updates for our B2B SaaS platform.

The role involves converting product features and changes into clear documentation, release notes, and help center articles to help customers and internal teams understand and use the product effectively.

Key Responsibilities: Write release notes and feature announcements for product updates Create and maintain Help Center / Knowledge Base documentation Develop step-by-step guides and how-to articles for product features Translate product specifications into customer-friendly content Maintain documentation accuracy as features evolve Support internal teams with product documentation and guides Required Skills: Strong writing and editing skills Ability to simplify technical concepts clearly Basic understanding of SaaS products and workflows Good collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Support teams Strong attention to detail and content organization Powered by JazzHR
