Role Description RPPL Transformers is seeking a Tendering Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Tendering Engineer will be responsible for preparing and submitting competitive and accurate quotations, analyzing customer requirements, coordinating with procurement teams, and ensuring compliance with technical and commercial specifications.

The role will also involve frequent communication and collaboration with internal departments to ensure a seamless tendering process while applying technical expertise in electrical engineering. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing quotations and understanding tender submission processes Strong analytical skills for evaluating technical specifications and cost estimation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with different stakeholders Experience in procurement processes and sourcing strategies Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering with knowledge of transformer design and standards Strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Experience in the transformer manufacturing sector will be an added advantage
