Location – (Pan India)

Experience- 5-15 yrs


Role Overview:

The Test Tool Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining testing tools such as Micro Focus ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)/Tricentis TOSCA/LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE). This role ensures smooth operation, configuration, and integration of these tools within the organization’s testing ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain ALM/TOSCA/LRE environments.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions across tools.
  • Perform tool upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Integrate testing tools with CI/CD pipelines and other enterprise systems.
  • Support test teams in tool usage, best practices, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and storage utilization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for tool configurations and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams for technical support and enhancements.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in test tool administration.
  • Hands-on experience with anyone/two:
  • Micro Focus ALM (installation, configuration, workflow customization).
  • Tricentis TOSCA (workspace setup, license management).
  • LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE) (controller setup, performance test environment).
  • Knowledge of SQL databases, Windows/Linux servers, and network configurations.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and performance testing concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
