About the Role: The Traffic Paralegal will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys by managing case files, communicating with clients and courts, and ensuring every detail of each case is handled efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities: • Prepare, organize, and maintain case files and court documents • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and law enforcement agencies • Schedule court appearances and manage attorney calendars • Collect and review evidence, driving records, and related documentation • Support attorneys with case preparation and client updates Qualifications: • Prior experience as a legal assistant or paralegal preferred but not required (traffic or criminal law experience a plus) • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic case management software • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a small, dedicated team Compensation: $18 - $19.50 hourly • Prepare, organize, and maintain case files and court documents • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and law enforcement agencies • Schedule court appearances and manage attorney calendars • Collect and review evidence, driving records, and related documentation • Support attorneys with case preparation and client updates
