Strong clinical skills in an emergency room setting Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using medical software and electronic health records Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Louisiana or ability to obtain BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
