This position focuses on identifying, attracting, and onboarding skilled truck drivers.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to coordination of the onboarding process. Engaging with prospective drivers, you will ensure they align with company values and meet all required safety and regulatory standards.
