We are seeking versatile creative professionals who can contribute to the development and
execution of integrated brand and campaign work for global clients.
This role goes beyond production design. You will participate in shaping creative outputs
across digital, motion, and video channels, working directly with cross-regional stakeholders
and, in some cases, client teams. The position requires both strong visual craft and clear
communication, as you will translate business and campaign requirements into compelling
creative solutions.
You will operate within a collaborative pod structure alongside regional teams, contributing
from concept through final delivery across multiple platforms and media formats.
Your primary roles and responsibilities will include:
Creative Development
• Interpret campaign briefs and translate them into visual concepts and design directions
• Contribute ideas for campaign executions across multiple channels and platforms
Multi-Channel Creative Execution
• Create and adapt assets across digital display, social, video, CTV, and web formats
• Design static graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video content
• Ensure visual consistency across campaign touchpoints and customer journeys
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Communicate directly with global stakeholders to clarify requirements and present
creative solutions
• Participate in discussions, reviews, and feedback sessions with regional teams
• Explain design decisions and incorporate feedback constructively
Campaign Ownership
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables from brief to final output
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and quality
standards
• Manage multiple priorities across concurrent campaigns
Quality & Brand Integrity
• Maintain high standards of visual quality, typography, composition, and motion
• Ensure outputs align with brand standards and platform requirements
Future-Ready Creativity
• Explore new formats, creative approaches, and emerging media
• Leverage AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve creative output and efficiency
• Continuously evolve skills across design, motion, and digital storytelling
Experience
• 5–7 years in a creative agency, digital production, or brand environment
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign work across multiple formats (design + motion/video
preferred)
Creative Capability
• Strong layout, typography, color, and composition fundamentals
• Ability to originate visual ideas, not just execute instructions
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable interacting directly with global stakeholders
• Ability to understand briefs, ask clarifying questions, and present work clearly
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Premiere Pro
preferred)
• Experience designing for web, display, and video environments
• Proficiency with Figma or collaborative design tools
• Openness to using AI-assisted creative tools

• Comfortable working in global time-zone overlap schedules when required
