About the role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who obsesses over the details, advocates for the user, and can take a product from rough wireframe to polished experience. This is a full-time remote role where your work will be seen and used by customers of some of the world's largest companies.

Compensation: 50 LPA fixed + ESOPs

What you'll do

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups across Fini's web platform
• Translate user needs and product requirements into intuitive, visually engaging experiences
• Run user testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate quickly on designs
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure designs ship as intended
• Maintain and evolve Fini's design system for consistency across the product
• Balance aesthetic quality with usability and technical feasibility

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally at a SaaS or tech company
• Strong proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD
• A portfolio that demonstrates both visual design quality and user-centered thinking
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user research, and interaction design
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to developers and non-designers
• Basic frontend knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Attention to detail that borders on obsessive
• Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
