Ui/ux Designer

Giggso helps enterprises move AI from pilots to production with secure, governed, and scalable systems.

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to own and drive end-to-end experience design for our enterprise AI platforms.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders (Project Managers, Leads & Developers ) to transform complex workflows, data pipelines, and dashboards into intuitive, high-impact user experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Design user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

• Build scalable design systems using Figma

• Simplify complex AI and data workflows into usable interfaces

• Conduct UX research and iterate based on real user feedback

Conduct iterative flow test by running usability testing to identify friction points before they hit production.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong expertise in Figma (auto-layout, components, variables)
• Experience with enterprise / AI / data-heavy platforms
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into usable designs
• Ability to see the \"big picture\" of a user's journey through a multi-tenant, enterprise environment.
•  High ownership mindset

Bonus: 

• Experience preparing marketing materials ( images and videos ) using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or equivalent design software.
• Ability to use AI tools like Replit, NotebookLM, or equivalent.
