Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer / Developer who can design intuitive user experiences and also collaborate closely with development teams. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills along with a developer mindset to ensure seamless implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

Conduct user research and usability testing

Optimize UI/UX for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness

Maintain design consistency across platforms

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers

Required Skills:

Strong experience in UI/UX Design and UI Development

Proficiency in design tools:

Figma

Sketch

Adobe XD

Adobe Illustrator

Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (developer mindset preferred)

Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles

Familiarity with design systems and usability best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in agile environments

Basic understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
