Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the data engineering teamDesign and manage scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)Oversee data warehouse and data lake platformsEnsure data quality, reliability, and performanceImplement data governance, lineage, and securityCollaborate with BI, Analytics, IT, and business teams

Requirements5+ years of experience in data engineering / data platformsProven experience managing large-scale data environments (banking is a plus)Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, Airflow)Solid experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and data warehousingFamiliar with big data technologies, Git, and CI/CDStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
