You will primarily diagnose and treat dogs and cats; however, we also provide care for smaller animals. Daily responsibilities will include performing surgeries, treating wounds, prescribing medications, and spaying/neutering. If you are passionate about providing exceptional animal care, we’d like to meet you.br /strongResponsibilities /strongulliProvide routine examinations/liliDiagnose illnesses and recommend treatment /liliPerform surgeries potentially including dental, ophthalmic, and orthopedic/liliAdminister vaccinations/liliPerform spay and neuter surgeries/liliPrescribe medication/liliAdvise pet owners on preventative healthcare, nutrition, and overall pet well-being/liliUpdate client records/li/ulstrongQualifications/strongulliDoctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree/liliPrevious work experience as a veterinarian/liliKnowledge of medical equipment and anesthesia procedures/liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in simple terms/liliProblem-solving skills/liliPatience and a love for animals/li/ul
