The Company is in search of a Vice President of AI Project Management to lead a diverse portfolio of AI initiatives with a focus on advisory, capital markets, research, and operations. This pivotal role demands a professional who can bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that AI projects are delivered in a structured and well-governed manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for program and project management, including the delivery of AI initiatives, managing timelines, risks, and cross-regional coordination. They will also be tasked with maintaining integrated program plans, running governance routines, and supporting budgeting and vendor coordination.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President of AI Project Management at the company include cross-functional coordination, execution and delivery, governance, risk, and controls, as well as measurement and continuous improvement. The role requires a proactive and technically fluent program manager who can excel in a complex, cross-functional environment and maintain momentum in a highly regulated setting. The candidate will serve as the central link across various teams, facilitate working sessions, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned. Additionally, they will be expected to track progress with data science and engineering teams, support go-live planning, and contribute to the development of templates and standards for AI programs.
