Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and implement strategies for enterprise and data security aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish robust security policies, standards, and guidelines to minimize risks and protect stakeholder data.
• Act swiftly to protect the company in case of any security breaches or data loss incidents.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, legal, and business teams to improve the security posture of the organization.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of security professionals to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise security, data security, risk management, or a related field.
• Bachelor‘s/Master‘s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Exposure to certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or similar is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of security technologies, data protection measures, firewalls, antivirus protection, and intrusion detection systems.
