Vice President Finance

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Vice President- Finance with 10+ Yrs to lead the financial operations of our IT organization. The VP will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, compliance, risk management, and supporting business growth through strong financial governance and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee accounting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and financial audits
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization effectively
• Lead annual budgeting, MIS reporting, and variance analysis
• Supervise statutory audits, internal audits, and liaison with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Drive cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives
• Provide financial insights to the leadership team for decision-making
• Manage financial risks and ensure strong internal controls
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and business expansion strategies (if applicable)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations
• Expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
• Experience handling IT company finances, billing models, and revenue recognition
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an IT / Technology company
• Prior experience in a senior finance leadership role is mandatory
