Vice President Finance

We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a fast-growing financial services platform.

This is a promoter/board-facing role, offering direct strategic influence on capital allocation, treasury, governance, and IPO readiness.

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–10 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in NBFC / Investment Company / Stock Broking or a large financial services platform
• Strong expertise in treasury management, capital markets, and structured finance
• Prior exposure to IPO / listing / fundraising preferred
