Position: Vice President – Alumni Relations
Role Overview
The Vice President – Alumni Relations is responsible for driving the strategic growth and
engagement of the Alumni Relations department. This role focuses on building and
strengthening long-term relationships between the institution (GLA University), its alumni
network, and current students. The Vice President plays a crucial role in fostering alumni
engagement, enhancing institutional reputation, and contributing to financial and
developmental initiatives through alumni support.

• Minimum 8–15 years of relevant experience in alumni relations, stakeholder management,
or similar roles
1. NOC Process and Feedback Evaluation
• Ensure complete oversight and smooth execution of the No Objection Certificate (NOC)
process.
• Monitor and track all aspects related to security refund processing.
• Maintain and supervise an accurate and up-to-date alumni database.
• Implement structured feedback mechanisms to evaluate processes.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.
KPIs:
• Timely completion rate of NOC processes
• Accuracy of alumni database
• Reduction in delays and grievances
• Feedback satisfaction score
2. Campus Reconnect & Alumni Engagement
• Oversee campus reconnect initiatives.
• Identify and invite alumni as guest speakers.
• Maintain an annual engagement calendar.
• Ensure hospitality for visiting alumni.
• Facilitate alumni interaction with departments.
• Promote alumni participation in events.

3. Alumni Outreach
• Strengthen connections with alumni globally.
• Develop outreach programs.
• Foster partnerships for mentoring and placements.

4. Fundraising Support
• Monitor financial performance of alumni activities.
• Collaborate on fundraising campaigns.
