Vice President – Learning & Development

A leading global investment firm with a strong presence across asset classes is looking to strengthen its Talent Development function in India. The organization is known for its high-performance culture, global footprint, and focus on building leadership capability at scale.

Role Overview

This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR to design and deliver impactful learning and leadership development programs. The position will drive India-focused initiatives while contributing to global learning strategy and curriculum.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Partner with business leaders and HR to assess and address leadership and development needs.
• Design and deliver leadership, management, and professional development programs.
• Own and evolve elements of the global learning curriculum.
• Lead high-impact initiatives such as leadership and high-potential development programs.
• Drive adoption of modern learning solutions, including digital and AI-enabled platforms.
• Manage external vendors and learning partners.
• Track program effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.
• Collaborate across global teams to ensure consistency and scalability.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Talent Management.
• Strong experience in designing and scaling leadership development programs.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end initiatives in a global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
