Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished, solid technical person to be our hands-on Sr. Technical Architect for Trade Finance and Supply Chain products. This is a critical leadership role for an engineer who will drive technical excellence, maintain discipline, and ensure the architectural integrity of our next-generation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Engineering: Act as a senior, hands-on engineering leader, contributing to high-level code, setting technical direction, and building scalable platforms.
• Design & Code Review: Be the key reviewer for technical designs and code across teams
• Bring discipline to the team from an engineering/technical perspective, standardizing best practices for clean code, and NFRs like performance, and reliability.
• Demonstrate the ability to triage and understand issues quickly, providing technical leadership during complex problem resolution and production incidents.
• Core Technologies: Deep, mandatory expertise in Core Java and microservices architecture.
• Experience with public or private cloud is added advantage for building cloud-native solutions.
• Deliver Engineering efficiencies by using AI tools and practices.
• Lead the team in defining and delivering AI driven capabilities in the products.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a senior technology leader in the BFSI/FinTech domain.
• Mandatory expertise in Core Java and developing large-scale microservices platforms.
• Strong experience in architectural governance, design, and code review.
• Relevant domain knowledge in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance or Transaction Banking is a plus.
