Remote | Uncapped Earnings | Full time after 3 months

Expify is on a mission to help every 8th–12th grader in India discover what they actually want to do with their life through real career experiences, not just counselling sessions.

We’ve spent 6 years building something no one else has. Now we’re scaling.

Here’s the deal:

→ You bring school relationships. We close them.

→ Base price is ₹3,500/student. You can upsell up to ₹5,000. You keep the difference.

→ One school = Minimum 200 students = ₹2L–₹3L+ in your pocket. Per school.

→ No cap. No ceiling. No micromanagement.

This is NOT for you if:

✗ You need a fixed salary to feel safe

✗ You don’t already have relationships with schools, principals, or education networks

✗ You want to send cold emails and call it outreach

This IS for you if:

✓ You know 10 school decision-makers by first name

✓ You believe career guidance in India is broken and want to fix it

What you’ll earn:
