Managed 20+ recruiters, incl. 2-3 Team Leaders

Strong leadership, performance-driven mindset

Client-facing role: understand hiring needs & deliver solutions

Strategic sourcing, team KPIs, process optimization

Hands-on with recruitment metrics, SLA adherence & delivery

✅ Requirements

Proven track record in large-scale hiring & team management

Strong communication, decision-making, and analytical skills

Must be open to 5.5-day work week

Degree in HR / Business Administration preferred

Experience with large client accounts is a plus
