We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven National Head to join our team! As National Head at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations strategy as this is crucial for our growth and success.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being a strategic advisor and partner to clientsKPI: Client retention, upselling and cross-selling
Serve as a strategic advisor to large clients, leveraging our strong relationships and deep understanding of their challenges to effectively guide them through complex issuesOverseeing excellence in client delivery for integrated remits ranging from policy communications, media relations, issues and crisis management and cross-selling with the digital team where possibleMeeting clients face-to-face as often as required and at least once a month in quarterly review meetingsHelping teams design and deliver channel-agnostic integrated campaignsDriving the team in delivering award-winning work and submitting entries for deserved recognitionEnsuring all teams submit monthly reports to clients with clear articulation of any over-servicing and related billingRunning the bi-annual Customer Satisfaction Survey to secure client feedback and Net Promoter Scores

Winning business that aligns with the company's vision and growth strategySetting comprehensive goals for business growth and success with Business Unit headsManaging Business Units P&L to help drive business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, while remaining actively involved in aspects of account profitability, health, client service, billing, and team successWorking closely with the Human Resources and Finance team to track performance metrics including account profitability and operational KPIsOverseeing cross-team collaboration and resource utilizationDriving client referral businessGenerating leads where possible and converting incoming onesWorking with the finance team to ensure billing is timely and collections are regularNegotiating contracts to ensure fair terms
Your qualifications will be as follows:15 to 18 Years of relevant work experience in Corporate Communications at leadership level. 8+ years of experience in corporate reputation management, crisis communications, policy communications and integrated communications 5+ years of sector experience desired (but not essential): Development sector, behaviour change communications, social impact storytelling in climate action, public health, education, and gender3+ years as Group Business Director role in other agencies of repute, managing business unit P&L'sBachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of different PR skills as outlined in responsibilitiesHands on experience in client and team management and business developmentGood knowledge of how to use analytics and metrics for goal setting and measurementExperience managing large account portfolios
What would be nice to have Agency experience for the PR social impact sector is beneficialA track record of delivering award-winning work in the PR industry
