Location: Pune

Infotech Consulting Global is hiring a Vice President – Engineering for one of our prestigious global digital engineering clients based in Pune.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned product engineering leader who can drive large-scale digital transformation, innovation, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a 300+ member engineering organization or 150+ from Product company
• Own P&L, Gross Margins & Revenue Growth
• Drive Product Engineering & Cloud (SaaS / PaaS / IaaS) initiatives
• Convert Product Roadmaps into Engineering Roadmaps
• Institutionalize Agile and improve speed-to-value
• Lead executive-level customer relationships
• Drive talent transformation (hiring, upskilling, certifications)

Candidate Profile:

• 15–20+ years in Product Engineering leadership
• Strong background in Java Full Stack & Cloud technologies
• Experience managing large-scale delivery organizations (300+ team size)
• Strong executive presence with customer-first mindset
• Passion for innovation, IP building, and scalable engineering excellence
• Global exposure | Enterprise-scale programs
