We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can help us transform long-form podcast content into high-impact short-form and long-form content for LinkedIn and Instagram.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for editing full podcast episodes and repurposing them into engaging short-form content tailored for professional and social audiences. The ideal candidate understands storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific content trends.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Edit full-length podcast episodes (YouTube/long-form format)
• Create high-quality short-form clips (30–90 seconds) optimized for LinkedIn & Instagram Reels
• Add captions, subtitles, dynamic cuts, transitions, and basic motion graphics
• Create engaging hooks and highlight impactful moments
• Design simple branded templates for consistency across episodes
• Ensure audio clarity, color correction, and overall production quality
• Collaborate with the founder/team to align content with brand voice and messaging
• Turn around content within agreed timelines

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience editing podcasts or talking-head style content
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content formats
• Ability to create engaging subtitles and clean visual layouts
• Good sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
• Basic understanding of branding and visual consistency
