Job Role
As a video editor you are required to have experience in creating motion graphics for
promotional videos, interviews, and segments. You should be adept in communicating and
collaborating with editorial and other creative professionals to ensure the successful
completion of a job.
Designation: Video Editor
Location: Ahmedabad
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
Job Description
• Assemble raw footage into high-quality finished products, including promotional
videos, social content, montages and long-form interviews.
• Ensure all video content maintains a consistent \"look and feel\" across various
platforms and campaigns.
• Work closely with internal video editors, internal team of designers & marketing team.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Work a flexible schedule closer to event dates, which may include evenings or
weekends as needed.
Skills Required
• Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe
Illustrator.
• A minimum of three to four years of experience in Motion Graphics and After Effects.
• A creative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a
team environment.
• Strong ability to create or customize motion graphics, lower thirds, and transitions.
• Proficiency in trimming footage segments and assembling project sequences.
• Advanced skills in color correction, color grading, and sound design/audio cleaning.
• Ensure logical sequencing of content and refined editing techniques.
• Knowledge of AI-powered video editing platforms.
