Job Summary: We seek a creative Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics. Proficiency in industry-standard software and attention to detail are essential for producing engaging content that aligns with our brand. Responsibilities include editing promotional, educational, and social media videos.

Key Responsibilities:

● Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

● Enhance video quality using color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.

● Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to meet video objectives.

● Trim and refine content while ensuring smooth transitions and storytelling.

● Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to improve video engagement.

● Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure high production standards.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing, visual effects, and social media content strategies.

● Organize and manage video assets, footage, and backup files efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.

● Basic knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and animation.

● Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.

● Familiarity with audio editing and mixing techniques.

● Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to feedback.

● Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management skills.

● Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and export settings for different platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms.

● Knowledge of YouTube and social media video optimization strategies.

● Familiarity with scripting or storyboarding is an added advantage.
