Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design and video tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) with strong capability in video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia production
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Descript, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly) for editing, automation, and scalable content creation Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, and multi-platform content optimization (social, web, learning, presentations)
• Familiarity with post-production workflows, audio editing, captioning, and content performance metrics for optimization
• Strong storytelling, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and edit compelling video content for internal and external communications including vodcasts, interviews, leadership sessions, expert talks, and program highlightsensuring high viewership, retention, and communication effectiveness
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and multimedia assets for learning modules, events, and presentations to simplify complex concepts and enhance storytelling
• Leverage AI-powered tools for video editing, content generation, automation, and content repurposing to reduce turnaround time, improve scalability, and increase output quality
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, alignment with strategic messaging, and high-quality delivery
• Design and deliver high-quality creatives across digital and print (posters, banners, reports) and visual content for social media, websites, newsletters, and campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and brand recall
• Track content performance (views, engagement, feedback) and continuously optimize content and formats for improved outcomes, while staying updated with emerging trends and innovative tools

Education Qualification: Bachelors degree
