About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor/Motion Graphic Designer to join our design team. As a key member of our creative department, you will craft visually engaging videos and motion graphics that align with our brand and communicate our vision effectively. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, design, and has a flair for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Production & Editing:

• Edit raw video footage into high-quality, polished content.
• Collaborate with the team to produce video content for campaigns, social media, presentations, and other platforms.

• Motion Graphics Creation:

• Design and animate motion graphics for various digital platforms, including intros, transitions, lower thirds, and end screens.
• Create explainer videos, infographics, and dynamic storytelling assets.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to understand project goals and deliver assets that exceed expectations.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas to deliver innovative content.

• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all video and motion graphic outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Optimize content for various platforms, including social media, web, and mobile devices.

• Trends & Tools:

• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, animation, and motion design.
• Recommend and implement best practices and tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, color, and typography.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• A portfolio showcasing diverse video editing and motion graphic work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating content for marketing, advertising, or branding.
• Familiarity with video formats, compression, and file management.
• Basic sound design and audio editing skills.
